This multi-amenity space features a diverse set of rooms to host your next event or shoot your next film. Rooms include, multiple indoor and outdoor clubhouses, 2 pools, plenty of lounge and dining space, a movie room and study pods. This is a luxury location and its rooftop pool area is a popular attraction:

1) Swimming pool: The centerpiece of the property area is, of course, the swimming pool. The pool is usually a large, heated pool with comfortable lounge chairs surrounding it for guests to relax in.

2) Cabanas: Private cabanas are usually available for guests who want a more secluded space to relax in. Cabanas may come equipped with comfortable seating, shade umbrellas, and personal service from the poolside bar.

3) Poolside bar: A poolside bar is a popular feature in providing guests with refreshing drinks and light bites. 

4) Views: The One hotel rooftop pool area offers stunning panoramic views of the Los Angeles skyline, providing guests with a unique and memorable experience.

The space has multiple event space options from a 22,000Sf indoor event space to a stunning garden area is covered in a canopy of trees lining the pathway. Fragrant jasmine blooms along the buildings. This area has access to the courtyard, fire pits, and awning area.

This modern, white event space has an Italian inspired courtyard which leads effortlessly up to a beautifully designed rooftop. You'll find comfortable sofas, built-in banquette seating, cafe tables, built-in bar with kitchenette, high-top tables, bar stools, and a long table that currently sits 18. The space can be reconfigured but pretty ideal as is.

This Rooftop venue offers incredible city views while dining under the stars.

7th & Olive is the perfect opportunity for clients to have differentiated uses from brand activation, experiential events, and fashion experiences. The space offers a street level floor with a stairwell in the middle open to the basement level. This is perfect for a bi-level event. The space also offers a second level with polished concrete floors and 20ft ceilings. There's large windows in the front and back for nice natural light.
