Located in Downtown Los Angeles’ Fashion District, City Market Social House boasts 20,000 square feet of newly renovated, fully permitted, contemporary private event space, in a historic warehouse setting. Once LA’s oldest produce market, the stunning vaulted bow truss ceilings, concrete and exposed brick walls, and free-flowing indoor-outdoor open-air marketplace come to life to host the City’s hottest industry events, award shows, product launches, conferences, private celebrations and more.

City Market Social House

This location is a vignette of various architectural looks and abundance of natural light providing endless creative possibilities listed below: When a production arrives, the following are available to them: a bank of Moorish arched windows, 2 -12 foot custom walnut castle doors that open on to a limestone permitted shooting patio arcade, a three walled photo cove, a dressed European loft, a 19th century styled staircase, a modern kitchen, and two-story glass modern office suites along with 4 bathrooms, and 3 separated hair and makeup areas.

After 23 years, we closed to complete a massive renovation. Since 2016 we've been working with our team of artisans, craftsmen and designers to create a modern boutique location with a European flavor, showcasing many new shooting options. Rebuilt using original early-1900’s red Simons bricks, spaces feature an authentic reconstruction of the iconic arched windows that have always been the soul of the studio.

Glendale Daylight Loft

With its century-long legacy the venue has been designated as a historic venue in Long Beach. The Ebell has distinctive architectural features and is a prime example of the Spanish-Revival design favored during the 1920's. Featuring the charismatic red-tile roof and a soaring intricately sculpted portico that makes a dramatic statement and a beautiful backdrop for photographs. Rich details and a variety of textures allow you to experience intimacy and grandeur in one stunning venue, making your event possibilities limitless.

Ebell Long Beach

In the heart of L.A. stands a stunning 1920s brick building filled with a world of style and character that combines vintage textures with urban flair. This gorgeous event space once served as the home of one of the most prominent architects in Los Angeles. Later acquired by the Otis College of Art and Design, the building’s creative lineage is evident in the unique design details throughout the property. From hand-stenciled fresco ceilings to our baby grand piano, each room is adorned with personal touches, creating the perfect atmosphere for any event! A vintage styled, 1920's vibe.

Carondelet House

The industrial past now blends seamlessly with modern design.  Introducing the stunning masterpiece - the former textile factory repurposed into a brand new 8000 square foot event showroom space. 4th Street Studio

This 115 year old building is filled with beautiful natural light and an abundance of unique angles and textures. It features original brickwork, vaulted 45 foot ceilings, concrete floor, expansive skylights, a wood mezzanine level, and so much more. This historic LA substation will transport you to another time and place. The space blends industrial, loft-like character with elegant qualities in features like arched windows and doorways, making it incredibly versatile for photo shoots, editorial, print ads, film shoots, ecommerce, music videos, fitness videos, fashion shows, interviews, documentaries, and more.

The bi-level creative space has been transformed into a manufacturing plant, a welding shop, a wedding venue, a cabaret, a stand-up venue, a CIA office, a metal bar, a farm-to-table cafe, a courthouse, a fire station, and much more.

House power available for photo shoots utilizing strobe lights. Photo shoots and events utilizing Tungsten or HMI lighting are asked to supply their own generator or pay an additional charge for house power.
