Resident is an experiential dining concept based in NYC. We take over luxury apartments, members-only clubs, and opulent lofts, like our Chelsea Artist Loft, to host intimate dining events with chefs from the world’s best restaurants.

You have access to our 70+ Michelin-trained chefs (formerly of restaurants including Aska, Carbone, Gramercy Tavern, Per Se, and more), 40+ sommeliers, 20+ mixologists, 10+ luxury venues, and our world-class project management team. With the same effort as a large group reservation, you can create a one-of-a-kind, memorable event that your guests will talk about for months. 

Instead of a traditional PDR, the chef for the evening will design a menu just for your group. They’ll personally introduce each course, along with its inspiration, with a sommelier doing the same; and all of these tidbits serve as great natural icebreakers that get the room to engage. With a 100% private space and a world-class F+B team, we combine the elegance of Michelin dining with the excitement of a dinner party. 

Aptly located in the city’s art district, our Chelsea venue is situated in a beautiful pre-war industrial building and offers a cool, open ambiance. This restored artist loft used to serve as both an apartment and a gallery, which means it can easily be sectioned into two large spaces, making it ideal for private dinners, large receptions, or better yet, a combination of the two.  The size and grandeur of this stylish space make it the perfect fit for endless event opportunities ranging from networking and corporate entertaining to birthdays and anniversaries. 

Our F+B packages include a wide range of offerings for seated dinners, cocktail parties, cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, mixology classes, and more.

The Majestic Downtown is an iconic filming location and event venue that is recognized as being a historical masterpiece in DTLA since 1924. With a combined 30,000+ square feet and stunning historically preserved ambiance, The Majestic is the perfect backdrop for any occasion.  Our 30 foot high Italian ceilings, arched windows, sculpted marble columns and original marble floors lend a rich historical beauty to any event or film set. With 3 very different venue spaces within our building, we can accommodate large expos, video gaming events, weddings, corporate functions, galas, A-List red carpet events, private parties, and more.

The Majestic Downtown

An awe inspiring loft in the heart of Tribeca mixing the authentic downtown New York with modern luxury. AG Studios provides a unique space as well as production resources for performances, galas, corporate gatherings, film and photography, fashion shows, film screenings, workshops, networking, life events and rehearsals.

AG Studios

Located right off Flushing and Wilson Ave, this beautiful, wide open 2108 Sq ft warehouse space is easily accessible via the Morgan L Train Stop and near a very busy intersection. 

Huge 12ft loading Door, 14ft ceilings and skylights make this the perfect space for events, parties, fitness, film & photo shoots and storage also. There is a working restroom and heater in the space.

Located next to all day coffee shop (Dayglow) and microbrewery taproom (Niteglow).

10 Wilson Avenue

Radio Park is our newest Rockefeller Center rooftop venue located on the 9th floor of 50 Rockefeller Plaza. This space features a half-acre garden that sits atop Radio City Music Hall. The space can accommodate up to 300 guests for cocktails and 175 for a seated meal in our interior space. Lounge and outdoor furniture are included in your venue rental.

Welcome to TwoFortyThirty: New York City’s first Event-Industry Creative Hub, a shared work & event space where you can become part of a collaborative event family.

TwoFortyThirty is a vintage 1894 firehouse in the heart of Chelsea/Hudson Yards that has been transformed into an upscale, intimate event space. The first and third floors embody a glamorous SoHo House-feel, perfect for sophisticated events, showcases, tastings, meetings, photo/film shoots, and so much more. The second floor of TwoFortyThirty features impressive private offices with state-of-the-art technology. Offices also have access to two conference rooms, a kitchen, and use of the event floors. In the summer of 2023, TwoFortyThirty will proudly open the rooftop for intimate private soirees.

There’s a reason this venue has been around the NYC event circuit for over two decades. Located in the trendy downtown neighborhood of Tribeca, a chic industrial aesthetic, and a stellar in-house caterer, keeps this venue current. A tripped out roof top (accessible by an interior dramatic stairwell) offers incomparable views. Should you choose to host your event inside, we promise you won’t be slumming it with a 25′ glass atrium and large windowed walls throughout which offer the same jaw dropping views as the rooftop.

Frankie

Featuring its original brick walls, towering wooden doors, and high ceilings, this renovated, former metal factory is a versatile filming location. With over 8,000 square feet of space to shoot in, and a large, open floor plan, this production space is perfect for both film and photography. The renovations to the building highlight its industrial past, a past emphasized by its location in DUMBO, Brooklyn, accentuating the original brick walls, large wooden doors and magnificent high ceiling with long stretches of skylight. The renovations make this space easy to use for both historical and modern applications, and its location in DUMBO make it convenient to travel to. Along with the main space, it also included a kitchen, private bathroom, and 2 green rooms as well as a loading dock to make loading and unloading equipment easier.

Bridge Street Factory

Sitting atop Fifth Avenue, 620 Loft & Garden is a hidden gem offering dramatic cityscapes, overlooking St. Patrick's Cathedral. The space features a historic manicured garden, reflective pool and newly renovated interior loft. Events are welcomed year-round as a portion of the rooftop garden is tented. The space highlights one-of-a-kind views from the Prometheus statue and Radio City Marquee to the iconic Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree and Saks light show during the holiday season.

620 Loft & Garden

Located in a luxurious commercial real estate building, this mid-century modern lounge opens onto a terrace overlooking the bright lights of Midtown, NYC. It’s the perfect space to gather with friends, family or colleagues for a cocktail style gathering, host a panel, intimate dinner party indoors or late-night dance party.

Ivy Terrace

The Greenpoint Loft is an exquisite multipurpose space located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Originally a pre-WWII era warehouse, this filming location has been restored to its original raw appearance; exposed high beam ceilings, wooden floors, and open window skylights. The Greenpoint Loft facility includes the main loft space, mezzanine level and a rooftop that boasts a magnificent view of the Manhattan skyline overlooking the East River. The immense open floor allows for the most control over the design of your shoot and as such the Greenpoint Loft gives off a timeless Brooklyn vibe from the moment you set foot in the door.

The 70th Floor of 3 World Trade Center is an ultra-high event space offering breathtaking 360° views of New York City and beyond. The full floor offers sweeping, column-free square footage and is the perfect canvas to create an unforgettable event, conference, or production. Here, every seat is the best seat in the house.
