The 15-hour rental includes The Arches Interior Space, commercial grade catering kitchen, private dressing room, Bridal suite (for weddings only), an on-site Manager, Tables and Chairs, ambient, adjustable lighting throughout.
Pricing depends on the day and season, ranging from weekday rates to premium rates for weekends and holidays (staring at $4,000)
The Courtyard can be added for an additional fee of $750, and optional tenting services are available, with rates depending on size, style, and custom features such as heating, lighting, or fans.

Included in your 15 hours rental fee:
INTERIOR:
160 Wooden chairs, 18 54” Round Banquet Tables, 20 Rectangular 36”x72” Tables, 13 Adjustable Cocktail Tables, 1 Handicap accessible bathroom, Restrooms, Coat Check, 1 Dressing Room, Bridal suite (for weddings only), built in Bar, and a commercial grade catering kitchen.
KITCHEN:
1 Convection Oven, 1 double door Refrigerator, 1 Freezer, 1 Ice Machine, 3 compartment sink, Prep Tables.
STAFF:
The Arches provides one on-site Manager for the duration of your event. Security Guard is available with prior arrangement for an additional fee.
CAPACITY:
The Arches Main Space can accommodate 250 for a standing cocktail reception or 175 for a seated dinner (with dance floor). The accompanying Courtyard can accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated dinner or up to 160 for a cocktail style event.
Catering: Outside food caterers are allowed.
Beverages: Preferred suppliers only.
