The rental fee for the space starts at $15,000 for a 12-hour weekday rental. Additionally, there is a 5% administrative fee and a $1,750 facilities fee. The facilities fee includes essentials such as power, Wi-Fi, venue cleaning, trash removal, and an on-site facilities coordinator.
