With 15,000 square feet of space, The Pavilion proved to be the prime spot for celebrating all this spectacular talent, from the meticulously designed floral arrangements to decadent finger foods and breathtaking live music. Wedding season is in full swing, and this collaboration showcased how to create a truly magical day to have fun and celebrate love.

Erica Estrada Design

Erica Estrada is a luxury designer and event planner who transformed the bare bones of The Pavilion into a lavish space fit for a grand event using her keen eye for timeless designs.

East Olivia

East Olivia made a lasting impression on our guests by providing beautiful, unique floral arrangements to breathe new life throughout our venue and add a pop of color to the tables.

Le Kool Champagne, Katsuya, & Sweetpea

Between these three vendors, our guests enjoyed exquisite cuisine and refreshing beverages to keep them full and energized throughout the event. Le Kool Champagne provided trays of sparkling drinks that paired well with Katsuya’s divine sushi rolls and Sweetpea’s artistic finger foods.

Pacific Event Services

Pacific Event Services set the tone for our event by providing AV/lighting and sound to create a lively, sophisticated atmosphere that helped our performers shine and boosted our guests’ moods.

Our guests dined in style with high-quality linens from BBJ LA Tavola adorning our tables in shades of blue and orange with a few patterned designs to serve as accents.

Dart Collective, Tyler Varnell, & Sonic Sommelier

Last but definitely not least, our performers infused our event with musical energy to get our guests up and moving. Many thanks to DJ Dart Collective, saxophonist Tyler Varnell, and band Sonic Sommelier, who’s represented by Honey and Vinyl, for entertaining our guests and filling The Pavilion with sweet sounds.
