This time of year is romantic and dreamy, with everyone just coming down from the warmth of the holiday season, and feeling hopeful for what the new year has in store. Because of all these warm feelings, many people choose to get engaged and/or married in the cheerful glow of the holidays. Cozy and Classic
Penthouse 45 provides 360 NYC Skyline views with floor-to-ceiling windows, and Carroll Hall is an intimate venue as artful and special as the people who chose it. The Altman Building is two floors full of character and beauty, with giant arched windows and plenty of space.
Near the Water
If waterfront or views of the water have always been your dream, look no further than these stunning locations. Pier60 has as much character and elegance as it does square footage. The Lighthouse is gorgeous, sophisticated, and right on the water. Glasshouse makes perfect use of clean lines and impeccable architecture, and Tribeca Rooftop has two floors of exposed brick and beam with a modern feel.
Truly Iconic
Sometimes, all you want is for your event to be iconic, and we’re more than happy to give you exactly that experience with these amazing venues. The Ziegfeld Ballroom gives the elegance and grandeur of a 1920s movie palace, while Gotham Hall has a 9,000 square-foot Ballroom with a 70-foot ceiling and an ornate stained-glass skylight.
And then there’s 180 Maiden, a whitebox penthouse, which is unconventional and sure to be a jaw-dropper.

Glasshouse on the park boasts five gorgeous floors with unbelievable views of Bryant Park. Twofortythirty is a vintage 1894 firehouse in the heart of Chelsea that has been transformed into an upscale, intimate event space.
