Sitting atop Fifth Avenue, 620 Loft & Garden is a hidden gem offering dramatic cityscapes, overlooking St. Patrick's Cathedral. The space features a historic manicured garden, reflective pool and newly renovated interior loft. Events are welcomed year-round as a portion of the rooftop garden is tented. The space highlights one-of-a-kind views from the Prometheus statue and Radio City Marquee to the iconic Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree and Saks light show during the holiday season.

    Up to 225 guests for a seated indoor ceremony or seated dinner reception without a dance floor - up to 175 guests.

Highland Ave Hollywood

The Greenpoint Loft is an exquisite multipurpose space located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Originally a pre-WWII era warehouse, this filming location has been restored to its original raw appearance; exposed high beam ceilings, wooden floors, and open window skylights. The Greenpoint Loft facility includes the main loft space, mezzanine level and a rooftop that boasts a magnificent view of the Manhattan skyline overlooking the East River. The immense open floor allows for the most control over the design of your shoot and as such the Greenpoint Loft gives off a timeless Brooklyn vibe from the moment you set foot in the door.

West Street Greenpoint Loft

Located in a luxurious commercial real estate building, this mid-century modern lounge opens onto a terrace overlooking the bright lights of Midtown, NYC. It’s the perfect space to gather with friends, family or colleagues for a cocktail style gathering, host a panel, intimate dinner party indoors or late-night dance party.

Ivy Terrace

Featuring its original brick walls, towering wooden doors, and high ceilings, this renovated, former metal factory is a versatile filming location. With over 8,000 square feet of space to shoot in, and a large, open floor plan, this production space is perfect for both film and photography. The renovations to the building highlight its industrial past, a past emphasized by its location in DUMBO, Brooklyn, accentuating the original brick walls, large wooden doors and magnificent high ceiling with long stretches of skylight. The renovations make this space easy to use for both historical and modern applications, and its location in DUMBO make it convenient to travel to. Along with the main space, it also included a kitchen, private bathroom, and 2 green rooms as well as a loading dock to make loading and unloading equipment easier.

 They offer full-service catering from the Marlow Collective, the Brooklyn hospitality group that includes the restaurants Diner, Marlow & Sons, Roman's, and Achilles Heel, the butcher shop Marlow & Daughters, bread bakery She Wolf Bakery, and natural wine & spirits shop Stranger Wines.
    Marlow sources seasonally, locally, and organically, creating truly unique and lasting partnerships with local farmers to produce unforgettable food and experiences that highlight these connections and quality ingredients.  Their beverage program includes a rotating selection of all-natural and minimally processed wines and specialty cocktails to complement the season.

City Market Social House

Easily accessible from NYC, this 325-acre venue has multiple event space options including a 9,000 sf indoor gymnasium building, two swimming pool complexes with large waterslides, picnic pavilions, multiple outdoor sports facilities and open field space.

Corporate Events - Long Island

This location is a vignette of various architectural looks and abundance of natural light providing endless creative possibilities listed below: When a production arrives, the following are available to them: a bank of Moorish arched windows, 2 -12 foot custom walnut castle doors that open on to a limestone permitted shooting patio arcade, a three walled photo cove, a dressed European loft, a 19th century styled staircase, a modern kitchen, and two-story glass modern office suites along with 4 bathrooms, and 3 separated hair and makeup areas.

After 23 years, we closed to complete a massive renovation. Since 2016 we've been working with our team of artisans, craftsmen and designers to create a modern boutique location with a European flavor, showcasing many new shooting options. Rebuilt using original early-1900’s red Simons bricks, spaces feature an authentic reconstruction of the iconic arched windows that have always been the soul of the studio.

Cellar Dog

With its century-long legacy the venue has been designated as a historic venue in Long Beach. You have access to our 70+ Michelin-trained chefs (formerly of restaurants including Aska, Carbone, Gramercy Tavern, Per Se, and more), 40+ sommeliers, 20+ mixologists, 10+ luxury venues, and our world-class project management team. With the same effort as a large group reservation, you can create a one-of-a-kind, memorable event that your guests will talk about for months. 

Instead of a traditional PDR, the chef for the evening will design a menu just for your group. VERSA is home to New York’s City’s largest, heated retractable rooftop. Located in the heart of the Garment District, with striking views of the Empire State Building, Versa features 12,000 square feet of open-air space. With both semiprivate & private spaces available, Versa can accommodate a variety of events, whether it is for 25 people or 800 people.
