TwoFortyThirty is a vintage 1894 firehouse in the heart of Chelsea/Hudson Yards that has been transformed into an upscale, intimate event space. The first and third floors embody a glamorous SoHo House-feel, perfect for sophisticated events, showcases, tastings, meetings, photo/film shoots, and so much more. The second floor of TwoFortyThirty features impressive private offices with state-of-the-art technology. Offices also have access to two conference rooms, a kitchen, and use of the event floors. In the summer of 2023, TwoFortyThirty will proudly open the rooftop for intimate private soirees.

Current at Chelsea Piers is a stunning 6,000-square-foot event space situated along Manhattan's waterfront in the heart of Chelsea. With breathtaking Hudson River views, this venue provides a versatile and stylish setting for weddings, corporate gatherings, galas, and more. 

Designed to accommodate up to 500 standing or 450 seated guests, Current offers flexible room configurations that can be tailored to suit any occasion. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows, a striking 16-foot custom-lit LED ceiling, and an exclusive 800-square-foot balcony, creating an elegant yet adaptable backdrop for unforgettable events.

Tribeca Rooftop is a 29,000-square-foot event venue located in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City. The space spans two floors, featuring both indoor and outdoor areas, making it suitable for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings (15,000 sq ft interior + 14,000 sq ft  rooftop terrace) .

The venue’s 25-foot glass-enclosed atrium fills the interior with natural light, complemented by 12-foot ceilings and a pin spot lighting system. It includes a spacious 2,000-square-foot dance floor, ideal for entertainment and large gatherings.

HOUSE RULES & TERMS
LACUNA upholds the highest standards for event rentals, following all City, County, and State health mandates. Adherence to the rules below ensures smooth operations. For inquiries, please contact us.

Bathrooms
Bathrooms are shared by guests and staff and must be treated with respect.
A bathroom attendant is required for events with 50+ attendees.
Notify the Site Representative if bathroom supplies are low or need attention.

Cleaning Duties
Clients, planners, and/or caterers must perform basic cleaning duties, including cleaning kitchen areas, wiping surfaces, emptying trash, and sweeping floors.
Professional cleaning is included in billing. Failure to empty the fryer incurs a $150 fee.

Event Space
Only authorized personnel may access event spaces during the rental period.
Clients are responsible for the conduct of all hired personnel.

Doors/Interiors
The front door is for light supplies only; all other deliveries must use the rear.
The front door must remain closed unless staffed by security.
Clients will be billed for damages to walls or floors. Heavy equipment requires prior approval.

Food & Drink
Red wine, dark, sticky, or energy drinks are prohibited.
Warm food must minimize odors. Outside vendors and menus require approval.

Hygiene
All staff must follow Los Angeles County health rules, hold valid ServSafe certifications, and comply with COVID-19 protocols.

Kitchen
Cooking or using hot equipment is prohibited unless specified in the contract. The kitchen is for food and beverage display only.

Load-In/Strike
No noisy or disruptive behaviors during deliveries.
Load-in/strike hours: 7:00 AM–12:00 AM (exceptions require prior agreement).
Use rear doors only. Delivery paths must be clean and protected.

Parking/Deliveries
No alley parking except for pre-arranged short-term drop-offs.
Observe street parking signage and avoid stopping on Jefferson Blvd.
Event staff must park away from LACUNA; clients must arrange event parking.

Rental Inventory
Outside vendor equipment must be picked up by the next day or removed by 12:00 AM. Additional site representative time will be billed.

Waste Removal
Use designated waste bins and recycle properly. Excess trash removal incurs a $200 fee. Overflowing trash will result in penalties.

Venue Manager
A venue manager is required for all events.

This location is a vignette of various architectural looks and abundance of natural light providing endless creative possibilities listed below: When a production arrives, the following are available to them: a bank of Moorish arched windows, 2 -12 foot custom walnut castle doors that open on to a limestone permitted shooting patio arcade, a three walled photo cove, a dressed European loft, a 19th century styled staircase, a modern kitchen, and two-story glass modern office suites along with 4 bathrooms, and 3 separated hair and makeup areas.

After 23 years, we closed to complete a massive renovation. Since 2016 we've been working with our team of artisans, craftsmen and designers to create a modern boutique location with a European flavor, showcasing many new shooting options. Rebuilt using original early-1900’s red Simons bricks, spaces feature an authentic reconstruction of the iconic arched windows that have always been the soul of the studio.

Located in Downtown Los Angeles’ Fashion District, City Market Social House boasts 20,000 square feet of newly renovated, fully permitted, contemporary private event space, in a historic warehouse setting. Once LA’s oldest produce market, the stunning vaulted bow truss ceilings, concrete and exposed brick walls, and free-flowing indoor-outdoor open-air marketplace come to life to host the City’s hottest industry events, award shows, product launches, conferences, private celebrations and more.
