With the capacity to accommodate up to 150 guests for cocktail-style events or 120 for seated arrangements, it’s ideal for corporate presentations, cocktail parties, concerts, fashion shows, and film shoots. The space is equipped with modern amenities, including a sound system, projection equipment, flexible seating options, ample prep and storage areas, and two on-site bathrooms. It also features comfortable furnishings such as two large couches, a coffee table, an antique buffet, bar tables, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bar area, and a convenient coat closet. There are extra furnishings available at an extra fee and existing furniture can be removed upon request. The venue is accessible through a complimentary freight elevator, and the venue can be expanded by combining it with the adjacent Loft, creating a total space of over 4,000 square feet. For those seeking a unique touch, rooftop access is available for an additional fee, offering a stunning setting for wedding ceremonies, film and photo shoots, or intimate concerts.
