The space features 12’ ceilings, abundant natural light, a fully stocked kitchen with marble countertops and top-of-the-line appliances, a baby grand piano, and two Art Deco privacy booths. It provides flexibility with a 500 sq. ft. front lounge area and a speakeasy-inspired lower level that includes antique lounge seating, a small conference room, a back-of-house area, and an additional bathroom (two total).
