Pricing Details
1) Full Venue Reservation ( Brew Lab Main Room + Lounge)
Capacity: Best for 80-200 guests
Details: Includes exclusive access to the entire venue.
Minimum Bar Spend (3-hours):
– Monday-Wednesday: $2,500
– Friday & Saturday: $4,000
– Sunday: $3,000
(+1 hour for setup and 1 hour for breakdown, before taxes and 20% gratuity on the minimum bar spend.)
2) Lounge Reservation
Capacity: Best for 25-80 guests
Details: Semi-private space with seating. Guests in the taproom may pass through the lounge to access the restroom.
Minimum Bar Spend (3-hours):
– Tuesday-Thursday: $600
– Friday & Saturday: $1,000
– Sunday: $800
(+1 hour for setup and 1 hour for breakdown, before taxes and 20% gratuity on the minimum bar spend.)
3) Reserved Brew Lab Main Room Tables
Capacity: Up to 25 guests
Details: Reserve 2 large tables in the Brew Lab taproom while the space remains open to the public.
Cost: No charge
Catering Policy: No formal catering allowed, but casual takeout (e.g., pizza) is welcome.

Wine Station: $200 (Exclusive service for lounge guests)
Additional Fees:
– Cleaning Fee: $100 (Required)
– Coordinating Fee (Per Outside Vendor): $100 (If applicable)

Catering Policy:
– Drop-off catering is allowed in the lounge
– No fee for casual food options (e.g., pizza, takeout), but guests are responsible for cleaning up and leaving the space as they found it.
