Base Venue Rental: $14,000 (includes a 14-hour rental; additional hours are $500/hour).
Additional Costs:
– Projection System: $2,000 per event day, plus $1,500 for an onsite technician.
– Staffing Fee: $2,000 (covers security, venue manager, and porters).
– Taxes & Admin Fee: New York State tax and a 12% administrative fee are applied.
– Cleaning & Trash Removal: Included in the base price.
Catering Policy:
Non-Preferred Caterers: A $750 buyout/usage fee applies for access to warm-up kitchen equipment. Alternatively, a $250 supervision/cleaning fee is charged if kitchen equipment is not used.
