Venue rental fees are as follows:
Event Day Rental: Starting at $18,500 per day (12-hour access).
Setup Day Rental: Starting at $15,500 per day (12-hour access).
Overtime: $850 per additional hour.
For Non-Profit Organizations (NFP):
Event Day Rental: Starting at $17,500 per day (12-hour access).
Overtime: $850 per additional hour.
In addition to the rental fees, each event day will incur an estimated $8,000 to $12,000 in costs for staffing and other mandatory services required for a seamless event experience.
