The venue is only offered when adding on our in-house services, designed to elevate any event. This can include Event Curation, Food & Beverage Packages, Entertainment, Staffing, etc.
Event Curation & Space Rental Rates:
Hourly Rate: $450/hour
Minimum Booking: 4 hours
Cleaning Fee: $250 per booking
Additional Time: $450/hour for setup or breakdown outside the booking window
Food, Beverage and Curation: $3500 minimum
A/V Costs: Microphones available for an additional fee; Wi-Fi and sound system are included.
Included in rental fee: Guests are welcome to use any of the dishware, glassware, tables, chairs, etc. available in the space (full list available upon request), they just ask that you clean and return all items back to their original places by the end of your booking. A concierge to assist in use of the space is also included.
Things You Should Know
- Note: All amplified music at events must conclude by 9pm to respect the residential neighborhood. Additional staffing is available upon request to meet specific event needs. The beverage menu is curated for each event, offering options such as soft beverages, a beer and wine package, beer and wine paired with a signature cocktail, or a full premium open bar. All wines are sommelier-selected, guaranteeing a refined experience for every guest.

Cancellation Policy
You have the ability to cancel your event up until 7 days prior, forfeiting the 50% deposit. For cancellations made within 7 days, full payment is due and no refunds will be issued.
You may reschedule your event to an available equivalent date within 30 days of the original date up to 48 hrs before, at no additional cost. For rescheduling 24-48 hrs before, 50% of the original buyout fee will be retained. Within 24 hrs, 100%.
