Creature Comforts Brewery has roots in the south, first opening in Athens, Georgia in 2014. A series of fortuitous events led us to the west coast, and the DTLA taproom and brewery opened in October of 2023. 

A purpose-driven, B-Corp certified craft brewery, we aim to be a force for good in the world through the development of industry-leading beverages and experiences. This purpose compels us to cultivate a culture where all people feel welcome and where any person can thrive.

The expansive Roof offers waterfront and unobstructed Manhattan skyline views that are available year-round with a retractable glass enclosure and climate-control capabilities. 

The Room, with an overlooking Mezzanine, boasts two full-service bars, built-in stage, private Greenroom, catering kitchen, and two exclusive street entrances. 

Jbird Cocktails, an intimate yet opulent cocktail lounge, is ideal for VIP guests, press events and as breakout space to complement larger events and buyouts.

74Wythe

This spectacular venue has it all! Unique architectural details which include 30’ ceilings, exposed steel beams, and a skylight which is a distinguishing feature of this venue. There is also a catering kitchen, green room area, multiple breakout rooms and a dedicated coat check area to name some of the many amenities. 

Combining the flexibility of a white-boxed space with all the modern accoutrements, this is an inspiring option for product launches, fashion shows, and cocktails. Oversized entry doors at street level allow access for automotive events or just an easy load in/out process.

Studio 525 NYC

The Flaweless Rooftop is a private roof deck in SoHo with 1500 square feet of glorious city views. Officially launched this May, we have already hosted a handful of private dinners (both birthday parties and corporate client dinners), stunning sunset cocktail parties, a themed Brazilian Carnaval bash, and even a Bat Mitzvah! We can accommodate up to 36 for a seated brunch or dinner and up to 80 for cocktail parties/standing receptions. People come to Flaweless because they don't just want a private room at a restaurant. We curate every moment for our guests so each event is truly one-of-a-kind. Flaweless is excited to have this additional venue beyond our 12 White Street Tribeca Studio, to make even more incredible memories. The Altman Building proudly celebrates over 22 years of event services at our landmark historic venue. Established in 1896 as the carriage house for the B. Altman department store, The Altman Building is now a versatile private event space, boasting 14,000 sq ft over two floors.

Original mahogany French doors connect directly to street level to allow for seamless load-in and unparalleled flexibility in event production.
