The Sixth Floor Loft combines two distinctive areas, The Loft and The Annex, to create a flexible event space suitable for various occasions. The Loft offers a versatile 1,200-square-foot event space, ideal for intimate gatherings such as rehearsal dinners, corporate events, cocktail parties, fashion shows, and press events. With a capacity for up to 60 standing guests or 40 seated, the Loft creates a warm and inviting atmosphere with its thoughtfully designed layout and furnishings. The Annex, located adjacent to the Loft, is a spacious 3,000-square-foot area with a raw, open layout, perfect for larger gatherings. It can host up to 150 guests for cocktail-style events or 120 seated, making it ideal for corporate presentations, cocktail parties, concerts, fashion shows, and film shoots. The Annex also offers rooftop access for a unique indoor-outdoor experience, available at an additional charge. The rooftop space is ideal for wedding ceremonies, cocktail parties, film and photo shoots, and select concerts. Amenities include a sound system, projection equipment, flexible seating arrangements, ample prep and storage areas, and on-site bathrooms. The space also offers two large couches, a coffee table, an antique buffet, bar tables, a well-equipped kitchen, a bar area, and a coat closet. All existing furniture can be removed upon request and additional furniture can be provided at an extra cost. Both spaces are accessible via a freight elevator at no extra charge and can be rented individually or together for a seamless event flow.
