Studio 1and Studio 2 can be combined to offer a generous 5,000+ sq. ft. of event space. When rented together, the venue offers a special discounted rate as follows:

Cancellation Policy
50% deposit is due to confirm the booking. The full balance is due 30 days prior to the event. All payments must be made via ACH following the invoice link mailed electronically. Payments by credit card will be subject to an additional 3% processing fee. We will keep the credit card information on file to charge any additional extras that will occur on the day of the event.
