Brand new and located just steps from Union Square, Spacious Studios features two unique areas, Studio 1 and Studio 2, offering a flexible event space designed to suit a variety of occasions.

Studio 1 is a breathtaking 3,000-square-foot lot with 15-foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, and phenomenal natural light. It is perfect for larger events such as corporate gatherings, cocktail parties, fashion shows, and film shoots. This space can accommodate up to 150 guests standing or 120 seated.

Adjacent to Studio 1, Studio 2 offers a 2,000-square-foot lot with similar striking features, including high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and ample daylight. It is ideal for smaller, more intimate events like rehearsal dinners, press events, and private celebrations. The space can host up to 100 guests standing or 60-80 seated.

Combined, Spacious Studios offers a seamless 5,000-square-foot layout for larger gatherings or events requiring multiple configurations, accommodating up to 300 guests standing or 190 seated.

Both studios come fully equipped with essential amenities, including microphones, a sound system, projection equipment, and flexible seating arrangements. Additional features include a prep area with kitchen facilities, on-site bathrooms, and ample storage. Existing furniture – such as couches, coffee and cocktail tables, and an antique buffet – can be removed upon request, with additional items available for rent.
