LUME Studios is an experience design studio located in Tribeca, where art and technology come together to create versatile event spaces. Suitable for brand activations, interactive experiences, seated dinners, fashion shows, press events, the venue is equipped with advanced technology and customizable features. The studio offers three distinct spaces for rental. The Immersive Studio, accommodating up to 150 people, includes projection mapping and spatial sound for impactful, large-scale events. The Blackout Studio, a smaller space connected to the Immersive Studio, features customizable monitor walls and interactive displays, making it ideal for digital or multi-level experiences. The Lofts provide natural light and a modern aesthetic, suitable for art exhibitions, press events, and private dinners.

In addition to its spaces, LUME Studios provides full-service experiential production, including content development, event strategy, and social or digital amplification to support event success.

AG Studios, located in the vibrant Tribeca neighborhood, is a versatile 5,500-square-foot industrial event space. With its 12'5" ceiling height, original exposed brick walls, and reclaimed wooden floors, the venue blends raw, historic charm with a sleek, modern aesthetic. Large windows allow natural light to pour in, enhancing the studio's open and inviting atmosphere.

This thoughtfully designed space includes a glass office, a fully equipped kitchen, and a professional-grade sound system, making it as functional as it is stylish. Guests and clients will appreciate amenities like high-speed wireless broadband, ADA accessibility, and ample power supply with 180 amps and specialized outlets to support a wide range of events and productions.

Creative users will find the studio equipped with a mobile makeup desk featuring daylight-balanced bulbs, a private changing area, and a stylist kit complete with garment rails, hangers, and ironing facilities. Whether hosting an art showcase, photo shoot, or screening, AG Studios offers a seamless blend of practicality and industrial elegance, making it the perfect venue for events that require both style and adaptability.

TAO Downtown Nightclub, located in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, is a 2,500-square-foot lounge that operates independently from the main restaurant. The nightclub offers an intimate setting, attracting VIPs and celebrities for late-night cocktails, music, and dancing. Amenities include a private entrance, state-of-the-art DJ booth, premium sound system, large full-service bar, private restrooms, and coat check facilities. The nightclub's industrial-chic aesthetic is highlighted by high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and custom artwork, seamlessly integrating with TAO's lavish surroundings.

Outer Heaven is a high-end, bespoke cocktail lounge & microclub located at 191 Chrystie Street.

The club was designed by renowned Montreal architectural firm Philip Hazan Design, in Japandi style, described as “the combination of Scandinavian functionality and Japanese rustic minimalism to create a feeling of art, nature, and simplicity”. By stripping back the club to its bare elements we allow our patrons clarity and depth by which to enjoy a heightened experience of the senses.

A reverent love for otaku, the Japanese word describing “people with consuming interests, particularly in anime, manga, and video games” appears in flourishes throughout the space, in juxtaposition with its minimalistic design. This manifests in the art adorning the walls, (including a continuous sequential piece from Katsuhira Otomo, and two additions from Hajime Sorayama), the arcade cabinets in the bathroom waiting area, where revelers can sneak in a game of Marvel vs. Capcom between boogies, and the fully-functional comic book stand, inner sanctum, located in the vestibule of the venue, curated by the partners.

From a music programming standpoint, outer heaven features a high-fi audio experience designed by Phonic Technologies, sound engineers of iconic sonic temples like Cielo and Output. Phonic has created a unique jewel-box of sound and lighting that can only be described as the best sound system per-square-foot in New York City. The Monolith, the signature lighting feature of the space, is a fully-programmable led “skylight” that spans the dance floor, inspired by the works of artist James Turrell. Open 4 days a week at 8pm, Outer features a curated selection of vibey beats in the evening, interspersed with bartenders mixing in vinyl from our own collection at regular intervals through-out the night. Later in the night on weekends, DJs take the fore with a heady mix of house, disco, techno, and indie dance music.

From a beverage program standpoint, Outer Heaven is founded upon three pillars- Mezcal,  Sake, and Orange Wine. Mezcal because of its complexity, featuring the smokey notes of a single-malt, with the buzzy buzz of a Tequila. Sake, which techno pioneer Richie Hawtin once described as the perfect complement to the dark frequencies of techno, and Orange Wine as the indie darling spirit.  The club’s cocktail program, designed by Alex Smith, features a bevy of beverages that scale upwards in ABV, from lite and floral fare to heartier savory cocktails, some zero-proof solutions for our temperance friends, and a couple of warm cocktails for the winter months.

Bathhouse Studios is a private, luxurious, and historic event venue meticulously reimagined and purpose-built to bring creative visions to life. Located in East Village, the building boasts a rich history as one of the Former Free Public Baths of the City of New York.

After closing in 1958, the building transitioned through various uses, including serving as a garage and warehouse, until Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer Eddie Adams and his wife Alyssa Adams converted it into a photography studio in 1995.

Today, Bathhouse offers 6,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed space equipped with modern amenities such as touchless door technology, a state-of-the-art air filtration system, customizable lighting with cooler or warmer tones, two cycloramas, 19-foot high ceilings, drive-in access, and a stunning 37-foot long whitewashed brick wall.

The venue boasts four state-of-the-art Cyclorama rooms, including a dedicated green cyc room, as well as a private 72-seat theater, a sleek wrap-around bar, and stunning industrial-sized windows and skylights that fill the space with natural light. From conferences to content production, screenings, podcasts, and beyond, 100 Sutton is a versatile destination designed to bring your vision to life.

Radio Park is our newest Rockefeller Center rooftop venue located on the 9th floor of 50 Rockefeller Plaza. This space features a half-acre garden that sits atop Radio City Music Hall. The space can accommodate up to 300 guests for cocktails and 150 for a seated meal in our interior space. Lounge and outdoor furniture are included in your venue rental.

Located in Midtown East, 730 Third Ave is a premier venue designed to support a wide range of corporate events and gatherings. Featuring versatile meeting spaces, a rooftop terrace, and unique amenities like the Top Golf Swing Suite, this venue accommodates everything from full-day corporate programs to after-hours networking events.

Corporate Offices & Conference Spaces
730 Third Ave offers over 5,000 square feet of modern office space with flexible layouts, making it ideal for meetings of any size. Five corporate suites are available Monday through Friday, with options for individual rentals or a full buyout for exclusive use. The venue also includes three conference rooms that can be reconfigured into five distinct spaces, accommodating setups with two rooms for up to 36 guests each and one room for up to 26. In-house catering is available from breakfast through dinner to ensure seamless support for full-day events.

The Meatpacking Collective, designed by renowned Japanese designer Masamichi Katayama, is a luxury venue in the heart of the Meatpacking District—just steps from the High Line and the Whitney. Convene One Liberty Plaza is a premium meeting and event venue in Lower Manhattan.
