We are excited to announce Blender’s new 5,000 Sq Ft Auditorium, a versatile space perfect for your event needs. It can accommodate over 200 guests in theater seating or 150 in a classroom setup, ideal for vendor fairs and more. Our facility offers add-ons such as a stage, TV screens, and comprehensive AV support, including live streaming and multi-panel video recordings. Accommodating up to 70 seated guests or 100 standing, Penthouse 45 is fully equipped with A/V capabilities, a functional prep kitchen, HVAC, Wi-Fi, and furnishings (Tables, Reception Chairs, Bar Stools, and more). 

Throughout your event, at least two dedicated staff members - a doorman and an event coordinator - are on site to ensure everything runs smoothly. The venue’s curfew requires that music and guest departures conclude by 11:00 PM, allowing vendors until midnight for cleanup and breakdown. Preferred catering and beverage vendors are available to enhance the event experience. A complete list of inventory included in the rental fee are available upon request.

The Sixth Floor Loft combines two distinctive areas, The Loft and The Annex, to create a flexible event space suitable for various occasions.

The  Loft offers a versatile 1,200-square-foot event space, ideal for intimate gatherings such as rehearsal dinners, corporate events, cocktail parties, fashion shows, and press events. With a capacity for up to 60 standing guests or 40 seated, the Loft creates a warm and inviting atmosphere with its thoughtfully designed layout and furnishings.

The Annex, located adjacent to the Loft, is a spacious 3,000-square-foot area with a raw, open layout, perfect for larger gatherings. It can host up to 150 guests for cocktail-style events or 120 seated, making it ideal for corporate presentations, cocktail parties, concerts, fashion shows, and film shoots. The Annex also offers rooftop access for a unique indoor-outdoor experience, available at an additional charge. The rooftop space is ideal for wedding ceremonies, cocktail parties, film and photo shoots, and select concerts.

Amenities include a sound system, projection equipment, flexible seating arrangements, ample prep and storage areas, and on-site bathrooms. The space also offers two large couches, a coffee table, an antique buffet, bar tables, a well-equipped kitchen, a bar area, and a coat closet. All existing furniture can be removed upon request and additional furniture can be provided at an extra cost. 

Both spaces are accessible via a freight elevator at no extra charge and can be rented individually or together for a seamless event flow.

GH on the Park is the newest luxury event venue in the Glasshouse collection. Spanning four gorgeous floors with unbelievable views of Bryant Park, the event floors feature old-world historic charm combined with modern technology and first-class service. Each floor is equipped with built-in production infrastructure and catering kitchens. You can book just one floor or a combination of floors depending on your guest count and event needs.

Their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors can accommodate up to 130 guests each for a cocktail reception and between 30-100 guests for a sit-down dinner. All three floors can be combined for a unique experience that accommodates up to 300 guests and feels like a historic mansion.

The 10th floor can accommodate up to 165 guests for receptions, meetings, product launches, and networking events, and it can also be used as rentable breakout spaces.

Laissez Faire is a high-end, bespoke cocktail lounge located at 10 Theatre Alley, within the historic Beekman Hotel. The club's design juxtaposes the structural foundation of the building formerly known as Temple Court, erected in 1883, with luxurious finishes and details, elevating the environment while maintaining its unique industrial essence. Open 3 days a week at 8pm, it is the perfect gathering point for early evening cocktails and light bites, with martini service and food offerings. Later in the night, top-tier DJs from around the world step into the gold-foil booth that presides over the 4-point Danley Sound Labs system, playing a unique blend of timelessly cool tunes.

Convene at 530 Fifth Avenue is a premium meeting and event space in Midtown East within walking distance to Grand Central Station. This location features four floors of tailored work suites, on-demand meeting spaces, and a fitness center. With a total capacity for over 530 guests, Convene 117 W 46th Street is the largest Convene property in Midtown Manhattan and is located just steps away from the iconic Times Square. Conveniently situated just a short walk from Hudson Yards, this sleek, minimalist venue is bathed in natural daylight and boasts a clean white-box design that is highly modular for creating bespoke event experiences.

Farm.One is a stunning 10,000 sq. ft. indoor vertical farm with 13-ft. ceilings that produces approximately 10,000 lbs. of Michelin-star-quality salad greens and specialty produce annually for chefs and consumers in New York City.

Hosting a private event here offers an unforgettable journey that engages the senses, educates, and entertains. As a working farm harvesting crops daily, it provides guests with a visually striking and flavor-filled experience across two distinct spaces: the  Brew Lab Main Room & Lounge.

Each event booking includes opportunities for behind-the-scenes tours, insights into the science of flavor, tastings of rare crop varieties, and custom-designed menus. 

The farm features the Brew Lab Main Room, with a capacity of 65 seated or 100 standing, and the Lounge, which accommodates 70 seated or 100 standing. The two spaces can be combined for a larger event with seamless flow.  This venue is truly unique and ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger events. 

The Annex is a versatile 3,000-square-foot venue featuring a raw, open layout, making it an excellent choice for larger gatherings. With the capacity to accommodate up to 150 guests for cocktail-style events or 120 for seated arrangements, it’s ideal for corporate presentations, cocktail parties, concerts, fashion shows, and film shoots.

The space is equipped with modern amenities, including a sound system, projection equipment, flexible seating options, ample prep and storage areas, and two on-site bathrooms. It also features comfortable furnishings such as two large couches, a coffee table, an antique buffet, bar tables, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bar area, and a convenient coat closet. There are extra furnishings available at an extra fee and existing furniture can be removed upon request. 

The venue is accessible through a complimentary freight elevator, and the venue can be expanded by combining it with the adjacent Loft, creating a total space of over 4,000 square feet.
