The sprawling 73,000-square-foot venue boasts six unique meeting rooms and can accommodate events up to 720 guests.  With a 30-foot video wall, full theatrical lighting, and substantial common areas, this location is ideal for expos, large-scale conferences with breakout rooms and exhibitor space, and grand corporate receptions.

Offering a neutral design aesthetic, Convene Brookfield Place, 225 Liberty provides a white box space allowing for client and event branding opportunities, in-house catering with customization options and dining private to each event, in-room A/V technology supported by an on-site team, and dedicated hospitality resources.

The venue is easily accessible via multiple subway lines and is in close proximity to the Fulton Street and World Trade Center stations.

Located in New York City’s  vibrant Chelsea neighborhood, ILA Penthouse offers a blend of indoor and outdoor luxury, creating a versatile, elegant setting for any event. The Bar Room features 1,200 sq. ft. of stylish space, ideal for cocktail receptions, private dinners, and meetings, hosting up to 60 guests. 

The Sanctuary, a spacious 2,500 sq. ft. area, provides an elegant atmosphere for weddings, baby showers,  brand launches, and social celebrations, with seating for up to 150 guests. 

For open-air events, the Roof Deck offers a generous 4,000 sq. ft. terrace with views of Hudson Yards, accommodating up to 225 guests - perfect for any event type. 

The rental fee includes the entire 5,000 sq. ft. indoor area, the expansive roof deck and garden, and three well-appointed bathrooms. Amenities include ten 60-inch round tables with linens, ten 8-foot banquet tables with linens, an 8 x 12 ft. stage (moving fee not included), stage and ambient lighting, a podium, premium silverware, crystal glassware, and a full kitchen for use. As a sustainability-focused venue, ILA Penthouse minimizes waste, sending compostable materials to local farms and maintaining a strict no-balloon, no-single-use plastics policy. Located in the heart of Chelsea, this subterranean restaurant has a gorgeous open space with high ceilings and the signature 20ft tall Quan Yin statue, making it one of NYC’s most dramatic dining rooms. Adjacent to the restaurant, the TAO Downtown Nightclub offers a dynamic and versatile venue within a luxurious, industrial-chic design. High ceilings, exposed brick walls, and custom artwork create an elegant and vibrant atmosphere across its 2,500 square feet. Accommodating up to 200 guests, this space seamlessly transitions from a lively nightlife destination to a refined private dining or event lounge. The venue features a lush open-air courtyard garden, warehouse with a private mezzanine lounge, a dining area with a catering kitchen, and a discreet wooden “treehouse.”

Our converted warehouse and botanic garden can be customized for private events, from weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, and birthday parties to art exhibits, performances, corporate functions, fundraisers and film shoots.

Ultimately, the garden is the heart of our space, created as a quiet retreat among plants, birds, insects, and urban wildlife. A vibrant mix of perennials with flowering interest throughout the growing seasons embrace its two connected courtyards, creating a lush backdrop for photos and videos.

● The Warehouse - Our sun-drenched Warehouse boasts 25’ tall ceilings with skylights, an elevated DJ booth, custom cedar walls, an 8x8 pivot door leading out to the gardens, restrooms, and a private mezzanine lounge with a balcony. Accommodates up to 95 standing/65 seated at dining tables. ADA accessible (excluding DJ booth and mezzanine lounge/balcony).

● The Treehouse - Our discreet wooden "treehouse" is available as an add-on for any rental package. This space has a large window that opens onto the garden, and another that reveals a secret miniature garden. Accommodates up to 6. Limited access — not ADA accessible.

● Rose’s Room - A bright, airy private dining and catering area with a wall that opens to the garden. The kitchen prep area includes a sink, large commercial fridge, non-commercial dishwasher, countertops for food prep, and an ice machine. Accommodates up to 15. ADA

● Mosaic Corridor - Our floor-to-ceiling mosaic installation by Cristina Salas captivates visitors of all ages. ADA accessible.

610 Lift & Garden is the 7th floor penthouse of 61- Fifth Avenue, better known as La Maison Francaise, on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 49th Street. This brand new space is the sister property to 620 Loft & Garden, with a mirrored rooftop garden oasis.
