The club's design juxtaposes the structural foundation of the building formerly known as Temple Court, erected in 1883, with luxurious finishes and details, elevating the environment while maintaining its unique industrial essence. Conveniently situated just a short walk from Hudson Yards, this sleek, minimalist venue is bathed in natural daylight and boasts a clean white-box design that is highly modular for creating bespoke event experiences.

The venue is composed of two primary rooms:
Gallery Room: A spacious and open area, perfect for diverse event configurations.
Skyline Room: Featuring cutting-edge 270-degree projection mapping technology, powered by (5) 20k Panasonic laser projectors, and a Resolume Media Server for immersive, dynamic visuals.

Farm.One is a stunning 10,000 sq. ft. indoor vertical farm with 13-ft. ceilings that produces approximately 10,000 lbs. of Michelin-star-quality salad greens and specialty produce annually for chefs and consumers in New York City.

Hosting a private event here offers an unforgettable journey that engages the senses, educates, and entertains. As a working farm harvesting crops daily, it provides guests with a visually striking and flavor-filled experience across two distinct spaces: the  Brew Lab Main Room & Lounge.

Each event booking includes opportunities for behind-the-scenes tours, insights into the science of flavor, tastings of rare crop varieties, and custom-designed menus. 

The farm features the Brew Lab Main Room, with a capacity of 65 seated or 100 standing, and the Lounge, which accommodates 70 seated or 100 standing. The two spaces can be combined for a larger event with seamless flow.  This venue is truly unique and ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger events. 

The Annex is a versatile 3,000-square-foot venue featuring a raw, open layout, making it an excellent choice for larger gatherings. With the capacity to accommodate up to 150 guests for cocktail-style events or 120 for seated arrangements, it’s ideal for corporate presentations, cocktail parties, concerts, fashion shows, and film shoots.

The space is equipped with modern amenities, including a sound system, projection equipment, flexible seating options, ample prep and storage areas, and two on-site bathrooms. It also features comfortable furnishings such as two large couches, a coffee table, an antique buffet, bar tables, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bar area, and a convenient coat closet. There are extra furnishings available at an extra fee and existing furniture can be removed upon request. 

The venue is accessible through a complimentary freight elevator, and the venue can be expanded by combining it with the adjacent Loft, creating a total space of over 4,000 square feet. For those seeking a unique touch, rooftop access is available for an additional fee, offering a stunning setting for wedding ceremonies, film and photo shoots, or intimate concerts.

The Lofts are comprised of 3 Manhattan studios and a rooftop deck totaling 11,000 sq ft. All are easy to work in daylight lofts perfect for photography, film and video shoots and provide many elements of decorated home environments.

The Studio comes furnished. Everything not nailed down can be moved.

The Manhattan Studios are at 28 west 36th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue's, 2 blocks North of the Empire State Building.

The Penthouse and 11th Floor are each 4,500 sq ft with windows facing North, South and West. The Penthouse has 4 skylights (amazing light), a beautiful country kitchen and a 16’ x 16’ set bathroom with an open shower and vintage claw foot bathtub.

The 10th Floor Studio is 2,000 sq. feet of raw space with a cement floor, windows on 3 sides, and 12 windows.  

The roof deck, famous for its view of the Empire State Building is directly accessed by 2 elevators and can be used with any of the studios..

Part location, part photo and film stage--The 1896 Studios and Stages is a historical building with over a century of natural patina and original exposed brick. Woman-owned and pro-artist, these stages are also a Qualified Production Facility with all the modern amenities to shoot with comfort and ease.

Built in the 1890’s, this Brooklyn landmark played a huge role in the American Industrial Revolution. Once a rope factory producing twine and oakum for the shipyards along the East River, it was also the birthplace of the famous wartime ship, the USS Monitor. Terminal Stage 1 boasts the original brick and wood of the era and the building facade remains untouched from the 1890s. Offering a neutral design aesthetic, Convene Brookfield Place, 225 Liberty provides a white box space allowing for client and event branding opportunities, in-house catering with customization options and dining private to each event, in-room A/V technology supported by an on-site team, and dedicated hospitality resources.

Located in New York City’s  vibrant Chelsea neighborhood, ILA Penthouse offers a blend of indoor and outdoor luxury, creating a versatile, elegant setting for any event. With advanced AV technology and flexible layouts, this venue is perfect for both private and corporate gatherings and includes exclusive access to the Bar Room, Sanctuary, and Rooftop Garden.

The Bar Room features 1,200 sq. ft. of stylish space, ideal for cocktail receptions, private dinners, and meetings, hosting up to 60 guests.

TAO Downtown Nightclub
Adjacent to the restaurant, the TAO Downtown Nightclub offers a dynamic and versatile venue within a luxurious, industrial-chic design. Accommodating up to 200 guests, this space seamlessly transitions from a lively nightlife destination to a refined private dining or event lounge. Built in 1926, the studio's former life was that of a factory.  The newly renovated 5-story building combines the original steal factory asthetics with modern amenities.  Cement floor, high ceilings, natural light, and exposed brick walls are fetured in all of our spaces.

The venue features a lush open-air courtyard garden, warehouse with a private mezzanine lounge, a dining area with a catering kitchen, and a discreet wooden “treehouse.”

Our converted warehouse and botanic garden can be customized for private events, from weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, and birthday parties to art exhibits, performances, corporate functions, fundraisers and film shoots.

Ultimately, the garden is the heart of our space, created as a quiet retreat among plants, birds, insects, and urban wildlife. A vibrant mix of perennials with flowering interest throughout the growing seasons embrace its two connected courtyards, creating a lush backdrop for photos and videos.

● The Warehouse - Our sun-drenched Warehouse boasts 25’ tall ceilings with skylights, an elevated DJ booth, custom cedar walls, an 8x8 pivot door leading out to the gardens, restrooms, and a private mezzanine lounge with a balcony. Accommodates up to 95 standing/65 seated at dining tables. ADA accessible (excluding DJ booth and mezzanine lounge/balcony).

● The Treehouse - Our discreet wooden "treehouse" is available as an add-on for any rental package. This space has a large window that opens onto the garden, and another that reveals a secret miniature garden. Accommodates up to 6. Limited access — not ADA accessible.

● Rose’s Room - A bright, airy private dining and catering area with a wall that opens to the garden. The kitchen prep area includes a sink, large commercial fridge, non-commercial dishwasher, countertops for food prep, and an ice machine. Accommodates up to 15. ADA

● Mosaic Corridor - Our floor-to-ceiling mosaic installation by Cristina Salas captivates visitors of all ages. ADA accessible.

● Mezzanine Lounge - This indoor private lounge overlooks the warehouse and offers seating for 3-4 people and a birds-eye view of the garden. Limited access.

610 Lift & Garden is the 7th floor penthouse of 61- Fifth Avenue, better known as La Maison Francaise, on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 49th Street. This brand new space is the sister property to 620 Loft & Garden, with a mirrored rooftop garden oasis. The interior loft overlooks Rockefeller Plaza and is brightened by wall to wall windows that fill the space with natural light, perfect for daytime events. This space is ideal for breakfast and luncheon events, as well as intimate evening receptions.
