Originally a soap factory, Bridgepoint has been recently renovated into a gorgeous rooftop event space, with immense windows and a rooftop terrace that offers unbeatable views of the Manhattan bridge and skyline.

Built in 1891, the renovated The Dumbo Loft is an adaptable space with high ceilings, beautiful wood columns, hardwood flooring, and exposed brick walls. The loft’s large windows overlook the interior of the magnificent district of DUMBO with original cobblestone streets and expansive Manhattan Bridge archways. Brooklyn Bridge Park, only a few steps away, makes for tremendous photos and outdoor ceremonies.

Water Street Loft

In the heart of L.A. stands a stunning 1920s brick building filled with a world of style and character that combines vintage textures with urban flair. This gorgeous event space once served as the home of one of the most prominent architects in Los Angeles. Later acquired by the Otis College of Art and Design, the building’s creative lineage is evident in the unique design details throughout the property. From hand-stenciled fresco ceilings to our baby grand piano, each room is adorned with personal touches, creating the perfect atmosphere for any event! A vintage styled, 1920's vibe.

GH on the Park is the newest luxury event venue in the Glasshouse collection. Farm.One is an awe-inspiring 10,000 sq. ft., 13 ft. high indoor vertical farm that grows ~10,000 lbs. per year of Michelin-star quality salad greens and other specialty produce for chefs and consumers in New York City. 

We showcase the art, science, and magic of indoor vertical farming, a new agricultural technology. Our produce grows year-round and is explicitly cultivated for freshness and flavor. A private event hosted at our farm is an unforgettable adventure that engages, educates, and entertains. 

As a working farm that harvests crops daily, we offer guests a visually stunning and flavorful event experience like no other in four spaces: our Pavilion, Atrium, Farm, and Gallery. The Arches

The Lofts are comprised of 3 Manhattan studios and a rooftop deck totaling 11,000 sq ft. All are easy to work in daylight lofts perfect for photography, film and video shoots and provide many elements of decorated home environments.

The Studio comes furnished. Everything not nailed down can be moved.

The Manhattan Studios are at 28 west 36th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue's, 2 blocks North of the Empire State Building.

The Penthouse and 11th Floor are each 4,500 sq ft with windows facing North, South and West. The Penthouse has 4 skylights (amazing light), a beautiful country kitchen and a 16’ x 16’ set bathroom with an open shower and vintage claw foot bathtub.

The 10th Floor Studio is 2,000 sq. feet of raw space with a cement floor, windows on 3 sides, and 12 windows.  

The roof deck, famous for its view of the Empire State Building is directly accessed by 2 elevators and can be used with any of the studios.

36th Street Penthouse & Rooftop

Part location, part photo and film stage--The 1896 Studios and Stages is a historical building with over a century of natural patina and original exposed brick. Woman-owned and pro-artist, these stages are also a Qualified Production Facility with all the modern amenities to shoot with comfort and ease. 

Over 10,000 sq ft of shooting space with an All Area rental. Access to roof with view of Manhattan Skyline, Freight Elevator, Stairwell and Loft Apartment available upon request for an additional rental fee.

Johnson Warehouse

Overlooking Madison Avenue, our event suite was carefully crafted by Parts and Labor Design to offer an enhanced and inspiring experience. The Suite offers 3,000 SF of premium event space that accommodates seated gatherings up to 120 guests, and standing gatherings up to 200.  Ideal for clientele looking for a mid-century aesthetic, The Suite includes an elegant bar, premium furnishings, unique fixtures, and eye-pleasing décor.

Resident is an experiential dining concept based in NYC. We take over luxury apartments, members-only clubs, and chef demonstration kitchens, like The Vandewater, to host intimate dining events with chefs from the world’s best restaurants.

You have access to our 70+ Michelin-trained chefs (formerly of restaurants including Aska, Carbone, Gramercy Tavern, Per Se, and more), 40+ sommeliers, 20+ mixologists, 10+ luxury venues, and our world-class project management team. With the same effort as a large group reservation, you can create a one-of-a-kind, memorable event that your guests will talk about for months.
