Carroll Hall is a multi-faceted venue in the heart of Brooklyn, NY with a lush open-air courtyard garden, warehouse with a private mezzanine lounge, a dining area with a catering kitchen, and a discreet wooden “treehouse.” The venue is available for all types of private events from art exhibits and performances to weddings and corporate functions.

Discovery, wonder, and the unexpected are big themes at Carroll Hall. Handmade mosaic murals tell stories of underground creatures. There are moving walls and secret doors. The plants are an idealized woodland, dressed-up cousins of what might have grown along the edges of fields and farms past. Birds, bees and butterflies are invited back. The buildings “breathe” with automated natural ventilation. Fountains and water features collect and recycle storm water for irrigation. A decade of design and construction led to a complex and interwoven series of architectural ideas that coalesced into a rare and unexpected nature retreat in New York City.

Bar Room: This 1,200 sq ft. event space is the perfect venue for your next New York City party. Perfect for intimate dinner parties, cocktails parties, birthday celebrations, bridal and baby showers, corporate events and brand activations, our bar room can hold up to 50 guests.
Sanctuary: With a total of 2,500 sq ft., our Sanctuary can accommodate up to 225 guests for weddings, birthday celebrations, bridal and baby showers, corporate events and brand activations. This NYC event space is highly customizable to your celebration needs.
Roof deck: With 4,000 sq ft of space, breathtaking city views, and a unique rooftop location, our venue is ideal for bridal parties, birthday parties, weddings, engagements, brand activations, and corporate events.

Evoking a sophisticated Manhattan loft space, The Lighthouse offers a unique waterfront setting boasting 10,000 square feet of versatile event space featuring sleek hardwood floors and distinctive lighting fixtures. Whether it’s a picturesque sunset wedding ceremony overlooking the Hudson River or an intricately designed multi-day conference, The Lighthouse is the perfect backdrop for any event up to 700 guests reception style or up to 450 guests seated.

Riverpark

610 Lift & Garden is the 7th floor penthouse of 61- Fifth Avenue, better known as La Maison Francaise, on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 49th Street. This brand new space is the sister property to 620 Loft & Garden, with a mirrored rooftop garden oasis. The interior loft overlooks Rockefeller Plaza and is brightened by wall to wall windows that fill the space with natural light, perfect for daytime events. This space is ideal for breakfast and luncheon events, as well as intimate evening receptions.

610 Loft & Garden

Built in the 1890’s, this Brooklyn landmark played a huge role in the American Industrial Revolution. Once a rope factory producing twine and oakum for the shipyards along the East River, it was also the birthplace of the famous wartime ship, the USS Monitor. Terminal Stage 1 boasts the original brick and wood of the era and the building facade remains untouched from the 1890s. This raw and versatile landmark was recently restored with close attention paid to the details of the past and is now prime for your future event. Based on local occupancy permits the space can hold expos, art exhibits, weddings, and more. Temperature control makes this stage pleasant to be in year-round and bathrooms are conveniently located.

72 Kings County Warehouse

Resident is an experiential dining concept based in NYC. We take over luxury apartments, lounges, and chef demonstration kitchens, like Brooklyn Point, to host intimate dining events with chefs from the world’s best restaurants.

You have access to our 70+ Michelin-trained chefs (formerly of restaurants including Aska, Carbone, Gramercy Tavern, Per Se, and more), 40+ sommeliers, 20+ mixologists, 10+ luxury venues, and our world-class project management team. With the same effort as a large group reservation, you can create a one-of-a-kind, memorable event that your guests will talk about for months. 

Instead of a traditional PDR, the chef for the evening will design a menu just for your group. TAO Downtown Restaurant is a versatile venue that can be transformed for various events such as concerts, conferences, galas, dinners, film shoots, receptions, and more. Located in the heart of Chelsea, this subterranean restaurant has a gorgeous open space with high ceilings and the signature 20ft tall Quan Yin statue, making it one of NYC’s most dramatic dining rooms. The venue consists of two levels, the Main Dining Room and the Upper Level which includes the Skyboxes, Ink Bar, and the Reclining Buddha Lounge. Tao Group Events offers a wide range of in-house production services including A/V, entertainment, décor, and talent sourcing.

7000 Square Foot Historic Home

Bronson Ave Property offers four exquisitely furnished guest apartments designed by Amber Lewis of Amber Interiors in 2013. The spacious suites offer 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 baths and range from 1,125-2,350 square feet. Each guest suite offers a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with everything you need to dine-in. Period architectural details include hardwood floors, bay windows, beautiful woodwork and many original light fixtures. The estate suites can accommodate large groups yet allow total privacy for a relaxing stay.

Our 9 bedroom and 11 bathroom oasis is the perfect weekend getaway location for the best family trip, bachelor or bachelorette weekend and of course making your wedding weekend that much more special and filled ease. Our weekend buyout offers so much flexibility for any type of vacation stay or event booking. The private suites the four private suites, each have sleeping accommodations for up to six people or more, homestyle kitchens, smart TVs, lush bedding and more.

Our enchanting entrance to the lawn area is perfectly laid out to host up to 200 guests for a ceremony, a beautiful dinner setting for up to 175 guests and let’s not forget about the cocktail hour of your dreams under our cafe lights. The lush garden feel, perfect with artificial grass so there’s never a green stain but always open for the best cocktail. 

COURTYARD

The tree you see in the middle of our courtyard, grown so high that it has seen every wonderful moment shared for all of our events. This allowing access is the best space for a 200-250 sit down dinner or food truck galore. 

BARN

The charm of our barn is a vision and meant to be designed and styled to each and every one of our clients dreams. The best fit for a dinner for up to 160 guests or dancing till 1am until your feet can’t dance anymore. The moment those doors open is the moment that guests will remember for a lifetime. 

RENTAL PERIOD

We have our base minimum packages, like our 6, 9 and 12 our packages but we can customize anything in between as well. Please note that Bronson Ave Property has a 9 hour minimum for weekend rentals from Friday—Sunday. All set up and tear down hours must be included when selecting your hourly rental package.

This 115 year old building is filled with beautiful natural light and an abundance of unique angles and textures. It features original brickwork, vaulted 45 foot ceilings, concrete floor, expansive skylights, a wood mezzanine level, and so much more. This historic LA substation will transport you to another time and place. The space blends industrial, loft-like character with elegant qualities in features like arched windows and doorways, making it incredibly versatile for photo shoots, editorial, print ads, film shoots, ecommerce, music videos, fitness videos, fashion shows, interviews, documentaries, and more.

The bi-level creative space has been transformed into a manufacturing plant, a welding shop, a wedding venue, a cabaret, a stand-up venue, a CIA office, a metal bar, a farm-to-table cafe, a courthouse, a fire station, and much more.

House power available for photo shoots utilizing strobe lights. Photo shoots and events utilizing Tungsten or HMI lighting are asked to supply their own generator or pay an additional charge for house power.
